windb cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any account suspected of illegal activity will be suspended immediately and all relevant information will be provided to the appropriate authorities upon request.
windb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if windb has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to windb, other players, or third parties.
If your windb account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason — including at your own request — your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, windb's responsible gaming team will assist you with self-exclusion options that may be more appropriate than full account closure.
